Redunds/Exchanges

I stand behind my items and triple check orders before they are shipped. Being handmade and custom items I do not offer refunds. If an order was received damaged a solution will be made to correct. If your order was received damaged due to the carrier and you receive a damaged receipt from the delivering company a refund will be issued. You will need to have the shipping company return the damaged package. 

In the event you want to change the print on an item you ordered please contact me at craftyparrott@gmail.com within 24hours and if I can make that change for you I will. 

If any other items need to be changed on your order please contact me at craftyparrott@gmail.com within 24 hours. I can not guarantee changes to your order.
